Our small, established and successful client, located near Lincoln, NH is seeking a Mechanic Shop Manager.
Responsible for supervision of mechanics including hiring, training, mentoring; customer tech support; purchasing supplies, verifying materials and supplies; scheduling equipment repairs, rentals and overall work flow.
Must have solid communication, supervisory, mentoring, coaching and staff development, time management and computer skills.
Competitive salary and outstanding benefits package. Local candidates are strongly preferred; however, relocation from within the Continental United States is possible for the right candidate.
