ALPHA Landscapes is Hiring! We are looking for motivated, RELIABLE individuals to join our team as landscape construction crew members. If you enjoy working outside, completing new tasks with new scenery every day, and want to grow, we have a spot for you! We offer: - Competitive pay - 3% employer Match IRA - Overtime opportunities - PTO and paid holidays -100% employer funded life insurance Tasks include plan reading/layout, planting, mulching, grading, sodding, equipment operation, erosion BMP installation and general landscape installation on commercial jobsites in central Iowa. Pay starts at $16-20/hr, plus bonuses, benefits, and paid time off. Pay based upon skill/experience. Advancement opportunities available! This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, yet stable company, with typical hours between 40-60 weekly March-Dec. Job Qualifications/Requirements Include: -One Year landscape, construction or AG experience recommended, but willing to train those with no experience. -Valid Iowa drivers license -Familiarity with the safe operation of larger construction equipment is a plus -Ability to comfortably drive a full size truck and trailer a plus -Be able to perform basic tasks on a construction site (Bend, lift 75+ pounds, ect) -Transportation to shop or jobsite and clean driving record -Good communication skills and ability to follow direction of manager -Punctual, hard-working, willing to learn, and grow with our company. -Ability to perform physical activities in all weather conditions
