remove driveway concrete

Remove 400 sq ft. 3" thick driveway. Please include if you are hauling the concrete..... Need estimate, time needed to remove and your starting date? I can get a drop box or you can hall it yourself. ? I am going to plant a new lawn later. A drop box costs about $500. so you tell me if you want me to supply it or you want to haul it away ?
