Landscape Maintenance: What you'd be responsible for… Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as: mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing, weed control and irrigation repair. Performing minor maintenance and repairs of equipment in the field. Ensure consistent high quality task completion. Completing paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Safe operation and appropriate use of tools and equipment including company vehicles. Communicating all customer comments, inquiries, account status to the Maintenance Supervisor. Loading and unloading of equipment. Reporting all needed equipment repairs, malfunctions, accidents to supervisor We are looking for an experienced irrigation technician to join our growing team! JOB-BASED COMPETENCIES: Working knowledge of components of irrigation systems including pipes, pumps, irrigation heads, valves, controllers and other parts. Basic knowledge of computers and communication cable hookups used in the operation of the irrigation system. Ability to make simple electrical repairs. Ability to operate irrigation trencher, backhoe, truck, and other necessary hand and mechanical equipment. Ability to perform manual labor required to dig trenches, install pipes and valves. Ability to remove and replace turf, shrubs, and plants without damage as needed in system installation, repair, and maintenance. Ability to work overtime as requested. Repair pipe breaks up to 4” diameter PVC Perform strenuous work in a variety of weather conditions including high heat conditions. Get the word out!
