Description
When you are performing, do heads turn when you start to sing? Is your voice the kind that takes a good band and makes it a great one?
WHO: I have a network of local pro musicians who, over the last few decades have played together in various dance / pop / rock formats. Everyone learns their parts prior to rehearsal so new songs come together quickly. We are punctual and make efficient use of the group rehearsal time.
WHAT: The objective is to refine a versatile repertoire in the next three months so that our top shelf roster of local pros can play select festival spots and some private Summer engagements. That is assuming agents will have the green light to hold such events.
WHERE: The private, spacious and comfortable studio is located mid-peninsula in a mellow, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. I am 5 min away from FBook headquarters at the Western end of the Dumbarton bridge.
YOU: Pro approach with your musical contributions in a like minded group setting. We have all seen plenty of band drama over the years and what it can do to great bands. If you show up with a collaborative and flexible approach to creating a high quality product that talent purchasers like to book, we should get along great.
LAST NOTES: This is NOT a classic rock project. Think of it as an ensemble of familiar songs from various genres that entertain a wide range of audiences, which makes folks want to get out of their chair and move their body. If you are the real deal, please reply with:
1). Your first name
2). Some background info of your live performance experience, and the genres/styles in which you are strongest
3). Any links you may have of you doing your thing, either recordings or videos
4). A phone number so I can call you and have a live conversation
