Hello, this sweet cat's name is Billy, and his current owners have neglected him and he is in need of a caring forever home. He has been outdoor but I'm sure could adjust to indoor life. He's very sweet and loving and needs to be nursed back to health a bit, but he will be okay. He is not fixed but I plan to fix him with Wags & Whiskers if you're unable to. If you can adopt, foster, or any other way of helping please reach out. Thank you! (This picture is from today, he let me clean his eyes. I'm currently looking for pictures I have of him when he was healthier and will gladly update soon - I intend to get him back to his healthy and happy self).
