Please read the whole ad before replying. I will try to answer as many questions on here as possible. I am considering buying a property in Macon but live in Augusta. I need someone to go buy the property and take a 2 minute video of the outside and answer a few questions. Should take less than 30 minutes and I will venmo $25 once I have the video and pictures. A cell phone video is fine as long as you move slowly and get video of all of the following things. This property has six units, three duplexes of two units each. Need to see all of them in the video and pictures. You do not have to go inside, you should be able to take the video and pictures from the street. How is the neighborhood around the property? Or all the houses boarded up, or are there people living there? If they are living there are the houses nice or run down. How many cars are at the property? Are there any obvious problems with the property such as damage to the roof, broken windows, Etc. In the video you would point out things that you notice such as fresh paint or if the paint on the property looks really bad. Is yard nice or bad. Basically anything like that that you noticed. And a couple of pictures of the property from different angles. Lastly, if you're from the area and you know how much the units with rent for once remodeled, that would help but it's not necessary. First person who can do this today, during the daylight, gets it. Again, this is only a one-time thing, it pays $25, and you must have either venmo or cash app. I do not have zelle, PayPal, Etc.
