30' Flagpole--needs stringing

I have a flagpole with no string on it. I bought string, but I can't get up high enough to put it up. It's a metal flagpole. I don't suggest climbing it or a ladder, it's too high. You'll need a lift or picker. I've attached a picture so you can see how tall it is. Can you help me? What is your fee and experience?
