Specific Responsibilities: Assist Lead Restoration Technician with new jobs. Communicate with customers about scope of work and establish expectations. Obtain necessary documentation (Photos, Work Authorizations, Certificate of Completions etc.) Update all job files with loss information daily Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements: Valid Driver's License (No DUI's or suspensions in past 4 years) HS Diploma or GED Experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up is desired, but not required. Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
