Ideal candidate must me ambitious with an eagerness to learn and grow and will have some construction experience and knowledge. Superintendent in Training position will pay approximately $28,000 - $34,000 with lots of room for advancement. Candidates must live in two worlds from the professional management world as well as be willing to work hard and cannot be afraid to "get dirty”. A willingness to do a variety of jobs as well as a high level of Organizational skills are a must. This position is only ideal for motivated individuals with the desire to grow and learn.
