The more experience you have working on roofs and gutters the higher your starting salary will be. > Pay does not decrease during the slow seasons. We offer consistency you can rely on. >Work begins at 9am. Most guys get of between 2:30 -5:30pm. You leave after your kids go to school and get home in time to be apart of there lives. > Monday through Friday some Saturdays. >Must have prior experience professionally cleaning gutters and working on roofs. We take safety seriously. We have the highest safety standards in the business. We all want to go home at the end of the day. We work in teams using company vans and equipment.
