Blue Ridge Building Components in Dana, NC is hiring Wood Truss Assembly/Builders. BRBC is looking for individuals who are goal oriented to work as Builders in our truss plant. Builders set up and build wood roof and floor trusses for residential construction. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7AM - 4pm, 40 hours per week. Applicants must be team-oriented, motivated, have excellent attendance, like to work in a fast paced environment as well as have the ability to perform heavy lifting. $13-16/hr starting wage depending on experience. Qualified individuals may have the opportunity to move into lead positions within our sawyer, set-up, assembly, and yard departments. Building experience is required. Must have knowledge and experience with construction tools.
