Plan on 3 weeks of casual training, rotating different sections of the route A complete training period will let you become familiar with the route and the neighborhoods, etc. Training pay is $15/hour Post –training pay comes to $11-19 per hour for various delivery sections. Your “essential “ days are Sun. & Wed, otherwise you are earning less Expect 7 hours on Sunday at the beginning. Some prep work is included in that time. After your 8 days, you can switch to certain days and delivery sections Training will be amount to close to this: - one fourth driver-and-trainer - three fourths driver working alone Contractor status with 1099 payments
