There are plumbing works and drywall/mold works here. If you don’t do both, I am fine with hiring two contractor separately. I like to offer $1000 for the valve and toilet replacement with me supply the toilet and the valve set. $1000 for all drywall repairs and painting. I will cover the cost of materials. $200 for the ceiling fan replacement, I provide the fan. Provide and install new toilet flange, Provide and install new toilet and supply line Replace green board (wall behind toilet), new insulation, mud, tape, texture, prime and prepare for painting. Spray mold control over stutds to eliminate odor and mold problems install new bathroom fan (Home Depot / Nutone) Provide and install baseboard trim (MDF) Remove bathtub mixer valve, Provide and install new bathtub mixer valve and trim New drywalls and painting both units.
