Must have the ability to Run, Manage and Build Large-Scale High-End Projects efficiently with Precision Craftmanship. Landscape Foreman Position Overview: Foreman or Assistant Foreman Experience Required Good Communication Skills including being Courteous, Approachable and Responsible Ability to Effectively Manage and Work with a 1-3 Member Crew Good Attention to Detail and Keeping an Organized, Clean, Safe Jobsite Be able to Set Grades, Read Plans and Anticipate Daily Requirements Ability to Operate Skid Loader, Mini Excavator, Bobcat, Power Tools Work 40-50 Hrs/Week with Paid Overtime On Time, Honest and Hard-Working Team Player Compensation and Benefits: $80,000-$100,000 Depending on Experience Hourly Pay or Seasonal Salary Options 401K Retirement with 4% Company Match Phone Reimbursement Paid Holidays Paid Time Off – starting at 2 weeks HealthCare Year Round Employment Available (Winter Months: Commercial Snow Removal and Residential Construction) We will welcome and hire Labor Team members you would like to bring with you.
