Hugo Tree is the premier tree company in the Twin Cities metro area. We are looking to bring on motivated and career minded individuals to add to our team of highly skilled arborists and operators. What we offer: Opportunities for advancement Year-round work - this is very physical. We will train to operate saws and equipment. Drug Free Work Place and Tobacco Free Work Sites/Trucks. CDL A with valid Med card preferred but not required, We will help you achieve this. We will supply ear, eye, hand, and head protection but the candidate will need to have steel toe boots, jeans with no holes or rips and t-shirts or long sleeves. Normal grounds crew responsibilities include but not limited too; - Final clean up to complete project. - Cleaning trucks and equipment. - Checking gear for defaults and making sure all gear returns to the trucks at the end of a project. - Maintaining a safe working environment. - Keeping homeowners and other pedestrians out of work zone. - Assisting with rigging and ground processing of tree material. Starting pay for Grounds crew is; - Without experience or a CDL is $20/hr. - With tree experience with references but no CDL is $22/hr. - Without tree experience but with a CDL is $22/hr. - With tree experience with references and a CDL is $24/hr.
