All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt. March 4: Criminal mischief (third-degree) was reported on East Main Street in Smithtown at 3:20 p.m. Two windows were broken at Chop Shop Bar and Grill, police said.March 3: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Harcourt Avenue in Smithtown from Feb. 5 at 12:10 p.m. Someone filed for unemployment under a Smithtown resident's name, police said.March 3: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Nora Court in St. James from March 2 at 2 p.m. A wallet containing credit cards was swiped from an unlocked 2016 Porsche, police said.March 3: Criminal mischief (third-degree) was reported on East Main Street in Smithtown at 7:30 p.m. Two windows were broken at Chop Shop Bar and Grill, police said.
