VESTAVIA HILLS, AL — The former Little Caesar's property in Cahaba Heights has a new owner, as a developer recently purchased the property at 3900 Crosshaven Drive. A Birmingham Business Journal report said RDM3, based in Mississippi, acquired the property Feb. 23. The company bought the property for $500,000, according to the BBJ report.
