Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 03/07/2021   On Sunday March 7, 2021 at around 5:10pm officers responded to the Race Trac store at 120 Piedmont Ave NE on a report of a person shot. On scene officers found one adult male victim with a gunshot wound and another adult male victim with an injured arm. Preliminary investigation indicates that several suspects tried to rob the two victims. During the robbery one victim was shot and the other victim's arm was injured during a scuffle. The victims are in stable condition and the investigation is continuing. Please keep in mind the above information is preliminary in nature and could change as the investigation progresses or new information comes to light.
