Description
Seeking persons with handyman/residential remodeling experience for a small real-estate investment company. We own several residential rental properties in Knox County that need regular upkeep and maintenance. Services will include:
-lawn maintenance
-tree limb removal
-gutter maintenance
-power washing
-carpentry
-drywall repair
-painting
-electrical and plumbing experience preferred but not mandatory.
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour and willing to negotiate based off of experience. You must have a valid driver’s license, with a truck/van/jeep, cell phone, and the majority of your own tools.
