New Crew Members* will earn $250 who work at least 150 hours in the first 90 day period! Plus, earn an additional $250 if they work another 150 hours in subsequent 90 day period. Must Haves: - Be flexible to changing duties, and eager to assist Crew Chief with any demo/project-related requests - Be willing/able to ride in a company vehicle with Crew Chief to project sites - Own/bring hand tools to projects (Hammer, screw driver, etc.) - Be flexible on shift ending times (end-times can vary depending on projects.) Preferred Qualifications: - 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in WATER DAMAGE MITIGATION - 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in DEMO projects - Prior experience on demo projects as a tech or helper - IICRC certifications Position Requirements: - High school diploma/GED - Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds regularly, & 50 pounds occasionally - Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time - Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals - Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law *New Crew Members include anyone who works their first shift on or after March 15, 2021.
