We are seeking a reliable general laborer to join our growing company. We are a window & door company working in residential settings. In this position you will be responsible for assisting window installers using basic hand tools. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
Duties & responsibilities will include:
- Load & unload tools & items to be installed, prepare or set up on site as needed.
- Follow project instructions from project manager or lead
- Safely use variety of basic hand tools and construction equipment to complete daily tasks
- Complete al assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow direct from and provide assistance to lead installer as needed
- Clean & clear debris on site as needed
Qualifications:
- NO DEGREE OR DIPLOMA IS NEEDED. We encourage anyone with the desire to learn a new trade to apply!
What we do require:
- Basic common sense, reliability, a desire to learn and work hard
- Ability to stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs
- must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders for 2 story buildings
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must read and write English & ability to do basic math (basic stuff, not rocket science)
- Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle to and from work,
