Looking for general labor and a skilled carpenter. 1. Must have a vehicle of your own and be reliable. 2. Must have a working cell phone 3. No drugs 4. Must be honest, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. 5. Must be motivated and have a good attitude. You can be the greatest carpenter in the world but if your attitude is shit, i wont keep you. 6. Must have discipline and be able to follow directions, if i ask you to do something and you do a different way i won't keep you. 7. Must be able to handle that a woman is your boss, if you can't dont bother. Ive been in this trade for 16 years I know what I am talking about, I know what I am doing and ive built my business from the ground up alone.. dont waste my time and I wont waste yours. 8. Must be on time 9. Must be able to work Saturdays 10. Dont lie and say your a carpenter if your not. Just dont. Ill know by just talking to you.
