Please provide a bid for the items below. The list is recommendation from the historical committee. -Repoint exterior brick walls as needed. Must use a soft lime-based mortar (refer to preservation brief #2). * It appears the owner attempted to start this repair and some areas may require removal of that work and it to be redone.-Remove existing satellite dish off the roof.-Paint rear exterior door and trim.-Install a wood stoop at rear exterior door and paint. *Need to ensure stoop is to code, as it may require a small step and landing.-Replace existing vinyl window on the rear side of building with a new aluminum clad wood window or fiberglass/composite window. Window will need the blocking removed and to fit the original window frame. -Repair cracked concrete walkways at rear of house. -Paint set of exterior front cement steps and metal handrails.-Replace the damaged wood fence at rear of house with a new wood fence (dog-eared). Cannot use panel fencing.-Re-parge the existing foundation wall and patch any sections prior. -Replace damaged downspouts. The downspouts should be round aluminum and extend to the sidewalk. -Remove misc. wiring at exterior walls of the building. We need to determine if any of the wiring is important before we remove. *-Remove paint on exterior walls to restore to brick face. I need dimensions for items.
