QRL, Inc. is searching for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including identifying the need for repairs and responding to clients' maintenance requests. We are looking for a skilled and hardworking individual with outstanding problem solving abilities. Skillful hands and strong technical knowledge are important parts of the successful candidate's talents. Responsibilites will include: Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems Conduct performance assessments of appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens etc. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment Extremely well organized with good communication skills Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem solving
