Skipper is a male Cockatiel who needs some lovin’ from another female Cockatiel to make him a happy boy. His companion was rehomed by his previous owner because they were moving. I took Skip hoping to give him a great home but he needs a bird more than he wants us and I want him to be happy. A re-homing fee applies. Texting or email directly is preferred
