Maintenance / Groundskeeper Technician HOAMCO is looking for a Maintenance / Groundskeeper Technician. If you are an energetic, detail-oriented, self-starter, motivated, hands-on type of person, this job is for you! Qualifications: 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience Great customer services skills Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in a residential community a plus Ability to lift 50lbs or more Mechanically inclined a plus Responsibilities: Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor. Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and grounds maintenance. Maintenance of common areas. Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash. Perform minor repairs, touch-up painting, and minor irrigation repairs. Identify and report any safety issues to management.
