Local lawn care company is seeking to hire a full time, motivated team player who likes to work outdoors and who can provide our customers with exceptional service. Qualified applicant should be able to work with minimal supervision and will be responsible for providing lawn care services to residential and commercial customers. These services include fertilization, weed, insect and disease controls, and also some aeration and overseeding.
Applicants Must:
- Have a minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Be courteous, responsible, detail oriented, and focused on customer service
- Be clean, neat, and professional in appearance
- Have a valid Illinois driver's license, good driving record, MVR will be screened
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Work Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons (Spring & Fall)
Experience is helpful, but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. You will also be required to obtain an Illinois Pesticide License. If you are already licensed we offer a sign on bonus.
