Looking for an energetic, motivated, self starter who likes stay on the go to join our team. A full time maintenance position is available at 3 facilities. The main facility is a senior apartment style program in Rockford and the other two are group homes for disabled adults, one in Dixon and one in Sterling. Generally the position will entail three days per week in Rockford, and one day each in Dixon and Sterling. Qualified applicants will have good maintenance repairs skills as well as a hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Driver's license/insured vehicle required. Some mileage reimbursement is included. High school diploma or equivalent required. Full benefits package. EOE Please reply with your resume.
