Earthscapes is a well-established, award winning landscape company serving the Central Coast of CA for over 30 years. We are looking to fill a position which is part to full-time depending on our work load. This position entails doing landscape and irrigation installation, general clean ups, and light hardscaping. All work is in San Luis Obispo County and based out of Los Osos. This position requires a dependable, experienced self-starter who is able to work independently as well as being part of a team, and is able to complete a variety of tasks on a regular basis unsupervised. A positive attitude and good work ethic are the keys to success in working for our company. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum three years practical experience performing landscape and irrigation work • Valid drivers license and clean DMV record • Read, write and speak English JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accurate record keeping of all work performed • Follow company policies, standards and safety guidelines • Knowledge of irrigation systems and components and their proper installation including, but not limited to: PVC pipe, sprinklers, drip systems, controllers, valves, backflow devices, etc. • Familiar with most plants and their proper installation and maintenance • Experience with outdoor lighting and its proper installation • Operation of landscape equipment and tools needed to perform assigned tasks COMPENSATION: • Wage is based on previous experience, knowledge and qualifications • Paid time off and paid sick leave benefits available after 90 days of employment.
