Maybe it could have been. Missed opportunities, missed chances, but never a missed connection. Literally the only connection that’s ever been. As humans we fail, we make mistakes, we learn and sometimes we grow. I can look back with certainty and know I’ve made my share with you. I own my shit and I know I’m a hurtful mean person at times, I never meant to be it never was intended. I know your friends will see this, they won’t know it pertains to you or I, but you’re far too well known in this town for this to not go unnoticed. You are the greatest human being I have ever been in contact with and you blessed my life in more than one way, I am a better person for knowing you and worse person for loving you so deeply. I will always love you from afar, but at this point I must save you from me. It’s just that simple.
