The candidate must be HVAC certified and should be experienced in the following areas: • Plumbing • Electrical • Pools • Irrigation This qualified candidate will be able to supervise as well as participate in the completion of work orders and the preparation of make-ready units for leasing. The ideal candidate will be a "go-getter" who takes initiative to identify items needing to be done without having to be asked. Will bring issues needing approval to the attention of the Manager.
