Main skill set will be painting but not limited to that. Scope of work: - Paint prep ( minor drywall repairs, texturing and caulking) - Spraying and brush work - Full Interior/ exterior - Use and maintain paint equipment - Kilz application - Tub/ shower resurfacing - Safe and comfortable on ladders Other useful skills that can help earn you more money: - Trim carpentry - Installing doors - Minor electrical - Full drywall installation/ texturing - Siding and trim repair - Stucco patches - Other remodel skills etc. Pay is dependent on skill, experience and tools. $15-$24 cash/ 1099 You must have transportation, phone and good work ethic. We work hard and have fun. Year round work 40+ hours a week.
