Requirements: • 2-3+ years experience as a commercial foreman • Irrigation installation and repair knowledge • Ability to read irrigation plans • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize • Valid driver’s license • Insurable driving record (no DUI’s or reckless driving in the past 5 years) • Ability to work well with others • Good leadership skills • Ability to take direction • Punctual and dependable • Proficiency with trenchers, min-ex and skid steer • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Must be available to work overtime and occasional weekends • Bilingual (not required, but preferred) Job Duties and Description: • Report to Superintendents/Operations Manager • Lead an irrigation crew to complete jobs correctly, efficiently, timely and safely • Excellent attention to detail • Deadline oriented • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ensures the entire crew is following proper safety procedures • Responsible for general upkeep and cleanliness of assigned company equipment
