Entry Level Environmental Technician - Local environmental contractor looking to hire hands on technicians. We are willing to train the right person. Desired Qualifications - the position requires a 40 hour training cert which we are willing to assist with. The ideal candidate would have a 40 hour Hazmat Tech certificate and be familiar with confined space service work as well as waste disposal. The position requires being on call as needed. We are a 24/7 response company. The position requires working in the elements when necessary and at night. We require a clean MVR, the position requires being able to pass a back ground check, a pre employment drug screen (including Marijuana) and random drug screens. This is hands on, fulltime position with the opportunity to work a lot of overtime. Starting wage is between $19.00 and $21.00 depending on experience. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation, company paid medical insurance and holiday pay.
