Fresh Blast is growing and we are looking for reliable employees who are interested in learning a new trade as a sandblaster and painter of high performance coatings. We primarily perform coatings removal and building restoration throughout Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin though sometimes our projects take us to other states as well. Our shop is located in Oakdale, MN. Our starting pay ranges from $18-$25/hour based on your experience, and we provide hotel/travel accommodations and an extra per diem for jobs that are outside the commuting range of the Twin Cities. We also offer an annual bonus, paid vacation, medical insurance allowance, weekly direct deposit and a retirement plan with company match, along with promotion opportunities as you gain experience and demonstrate your capabilities. Year round and seasonal positions are available. Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
