• Assist work site foreman with all tasks as needed, follow instructions and perform duties as assigned. •Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Ability to follow instructions, maintain good housekeeping around the work site. • Ability to work overtime as needed and Monday through Friday including some Saturdays and Sundays as the business requires. • Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors, drivers and crew, peers, operators, and customers serviced. Use safe practices in all activities. Must be at least 18 years old Physically fit to perform the job functions which include standing, squatting, bending, lifting, and walking for long periods of time Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license required Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees Must be able to withstand outdoor elements (weather) and its changes. Must be able to endure long workdays.
