Good Earth Incorporated is looking for a motivated person to manage mowing crews. It is an entry level supervisor position, so experienced and unexperienced people are welcome. We are a landscaping company based out of east Dallas that has contracts with the city of Dallas as well as several other cities in the surrounding areas. As a Mowing Supervisor you would oversee several workers in the litter department as you: • Manage workers and their schedules • Keep track of employee hours • Maintain several properties in the Dallas and surrounding areas • Inform manager of any changes to employees or properties • Personally, drive around to different areas and check/help employees Skills preferred: • Time management • Computer Skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel • Phone proficiency (Must be able to send/receive text messages and pictures as well as use phone GPS system) • Some employee management experience Benefits: • Pay range $40,000 to $45,000 • Health benefits offered • Vacation time Requirements: • Must have a Texas driver license with a good record • Able to pass a drug test • Able to work outside in any environment If you are interested in the position email me your resume with your contact information to: If you have any questions you can reach us at our telephone number:469-516-3482
