Miracle Method of DFW is looking for a hard-working individual interested in pursuing an exciting career in Surface Refinishing at a new franchise in the Mid Cities. We are the nation's leader in the Professional Refinishing of Bathtubs, Showers, Countertops, and Tile Floors. If you take pride in your work and are good at fixing problems, you can use your experience to make between $20 - $25 per hour — and even more, depending on your ambition and how much quality work you can produce! We repair and refinish all types of bathtubs, showers, sinks, vanities, and even kitchen countertops. We are the best at what we do and we expect to be very busy! If you can do auto body work, construction, or handyman work you can do this! We have a need for hard workers and we offer advancement opportunities for those that can be team leaders. We're seeking someone with similar work experience that is looking for stable employment in a long-term career. Pay: Starting pay is $15.00-$16.00/hr. during your initial training period. After that, you're pay will eventually move to being paid a 20% commission on the work you complete once it exceeds your hourly rate. Within 3-6 months you should easily be earning the equivalent of at least $20/hr. based off your abilities and prior experience. We will also offer paid holidays, paid vacation, and we're considering offering a 401k program once we're obtaining objectives. Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit. Must be 21 years old to apply.
