Exterior Maintenance Lead

Description

Exterior maintenance including but not limited to: Landscaping work, trail maintenance, reporting of common area electrical issues, general maintenance (fence repairs, graffiti removal, minor sidewalk repairs, minor irrigation repairs, gravel upkeep on trails), etc. Assist with setup and take down of equipment for summer events. Responsible for completion assigned projects and reporting to Director of Operations (DOO). Individual must be motivated, hardworking, able to follow directions, work independently, efficiently and productively and able to assess and recommend repairs. All work is exterior. Hours are from 7am - 3pm, however can be negotiable provided they are normal business hours. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
