*Lawncare and Landscape Team Members Needed (Westland)* Opportunities are for full time or part time employment! We are looking to hire new Lawncare or Landscape employees !! Experience is a plus but we are wiling to train anyone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and desire to grow in a great career opportunity. Listed below are some qualifications with those with previous experience: Lawn maintainance: If you have prior experience, these are skills/credentials we are looking for: -Have a basic knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment. - Valid/clean driving record/license(Less than 4 points) a chauffeurs endorsement and medical card would be a plus as well as a CDL. - Experience with zero turn mowers and ability to stipe lawns cut a lawn professionally without causing damage to turf - Ability to edge, string trim, and blow paved surfaces at a proficient level - Some experience with driving trucks and trailers (enclosed and open) - Reliable transportation and must be on time for work daily - Ability to operate commercial riding lawn mowers, walk behind mowers, edgers, whips & blowers Landscape: - Previous Landscape installation experience - Ability to use heavy machinery/equipment - Valid/clean driving record/license(Less than 4 points) a chauffeurs endorsement and medical card would be a plus as well as a CDL - Some experience with driving trucks and trailers (enclosed and open)- Reliable transportation and must be on time for work daily - An Understanding of Basic Landscape Maintenance such as: pulling weeds, installation of mulch, shrub, hedge and tree trimming, planting various plants.
