Plenty of room to grow into a great career. We operate all season with snow removal and construction work in the winter. Crew member $15 an hour - No experience required for this position. Will complete tasks such as planting shrubs, mulch, operating equipment such as skidsteers, tractor loader backhoes, and basic hedge trimmers etc. Foreman $21 an hour - Landscaping experience required for this position. You will also need a chauffeur’s lisense. Tasks include managing a landscape crew and ensuring quality standards as directed in operations manuals, driving trucks and trailers, and helping instruct crew members.
