Need carpenter to build 21 window frames

I'm looking for a carpenter who has his own workspace in the Campton/Plymouth/Thornton area (or nearby) who can build 21 window frames and 2 door frames for an ICF block house I am building. I would do them myself but I just don't have a workspace and the construction site is currently snowbound. This needs to be a local person because once the snow is off our 1100 ft. access road, they need to be transported to the site at the end of May. Construction is simple 2x12 KD pine that can be sourced at Ashland Lumber or Lowes. One, two, or three 4" round holes need to be put in the bottom of the frame, depending on the window size, to allow for the concrete to be poured under the frame. Four additional 2x4s are attached to the frame to keep it plumb and allow the window frame to sit better on the 16" wide ICF block. They are pretty simple to make with a chop saw. Each takes me about 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour to fabricate. Once built they need to be painted with a wood sealer and can be stored outside under a tarp. All fasteners are to be 4" screws, not nails. I'll pay for all of the materials. Getting this done now will help me get a jump on the build season.
