TEAM FOREMAN qualifications: -Verified Lawn and Lead experience required-including driving truck and trailer-$16 - $19 depending on experience -Must be experienced operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment -Clean and insurable driving record SPRINKLER TECH qualifications: -Verified Sprinkler installation and repair experience required-$17 - $21 depending on experience -Clean and insurable driving record --Experience and skill to work on Pressurized Irrigation and City Water Systems CREW MEMBER qualifications: -Lawn care experience preferred but we are willing to train-$13 -$16 depending on experience ALL POSITIONS required qualifications: -High School graduate or equivalent -Maintain good attendance -Full-time work Monday thru Friday plus some overtime -Effective communication skills -Excellent customer relations skills -Be a TEAM player with all crew members -Strong work ethic -Dependable transportation -Ability to lift 50 lbs and more -Take pride in the quality of work performed and be detail oriented RESPONSIBILITIES for maintaining Commercial & Residential Customers based on Industry Standards: =Mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal and clean up with blowers -Pruning and trimming bushes, hedges, low hanging tree limbs -Planter bed maintenance including flowers, ground cover, weed control -Leaf removal -Sprinkler repairs -Identify and handle or report property issues as needed BONUSES AVAILABLE!
