Need squirrels trapped, living in house walls

I own a 3 story house that has been invaded by squirrels. Have been trying to catch them with traps for over two years, with little success. Have hired people before who have failed to catch them. I have tried strobe lights. It only seems to be getting worse. Willing to pay $700 to a person who can permanently rid the house of the squirrels. Will distribute payment at $100 intervals every month that the squirrels noises do not return. You'll need to work with the tenant on the third floor for access to the interior. Roof can be reached via fire escape.
