Pittsburgh Print House is looking for an EXPERIENCED full-time Manual Screen Printer / Autopress Operator to join our growing team. In addition, we offer: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Care Benefits, Dental, and Vision The successful candidate will work as a key member of our Print Team and be responsible for accurately producing custom screen print orders, on time, which may also include some pre-press/post-press duties as well. Duties/Responsibilities: • Set-up / Operate a manual press in a fast-paced environment • Maintain consistency and quality with a strong attention to order details • Ability to print with quality and consistency • Complete 5-10 print jobs (500-1000 shirts) daily • Expose screens for production • Emulsion screens for "production ready" inventory • Tension and track screen inventory • Set-up / Operate an automatic press in a fast-paced environment • Complete 10-15 print jobs (1000-3000 shirts) daily • Automatic press set up and take down • Consistently document daily metrics in print logs The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills/experience: • Minimum (3) total years' experience as a screen printer • Minimum (2) years' experience on a manual press screen printer • Minimum (1) year experience as an automatic screen print operator • Prior experience as LEAD screen printer or other commensurate leadership roles a huge plus! • Team orientation, sense of humor and positive outlook a huge plus! • Ability to train/develop apprentice team members • Demonstrated track record of consistent employment
