Atlanta-based garden design firm is seeking full-time employees to join our team. Primary job duties will include: Garden maintenance and installation; Planting of flowers, shrubs, and containers; and Installation or relocation of small trees and rocks. This position involves constant walking, squatting, standing, pulling, reaching, and bending throughout the workday. Most of our clients are in the metro-Atlanta area though candidate must be willing to travel out of town, on occasion, for clients in Forsyth, Troup, and Rabun counties. Candidate must: Be able to interact with clients in a professional manner at all times. Have experience in plants, landscape, or garden design. Be interested in horticulture and garden design. Be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds. Speak English fluently. Be able to work both independently and on a team. Have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Be able to work overtime and some Saturdays when needed. Be able to pass a criminal background check. Be at least 18 years of age. Pay attention to detail. Ability to follow directions. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus!
