A National Company is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to be a Crew Lead that installs glass shower doors and mirrors. What you need to get started: Glazier Experience - Your 1-2 years of knowledge coupled with in the field training program will give you the expertise to be successful in the shower door industry. Basic Tools - The basic tools you use everyday is all that is needed to measure and install custom cut glass. Superior Customer Service - You will be directly the homeowners so you must be 18+, fluent in english, and treat every customer as your #1 priority. This position is designed specifically with advancement in mind and will present successful candidates with the ability to earn promotions, bonuses and raises based on their own personal growth while on the job. Shifts are either 4 days x 10 hours/day or 5 days x 8 hours/ day, with ability to work overtime. Required Qualifications: --Authorized to work in US --Must pass background check --Valid driver’s license with GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED. Company vehicle provided - All of our associates are always paid for company driving time! --Familiarity with Glass and Mirror Glazing and/or Residential remodeling industry is a PLUS, but not required. --Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
