Looking to hire lead carpenters and skilled labor. You will need the following for LEAD POSITION >Well rounded skill set >ability to lead a crew AND/OR TO WORK WITHOUT SUPERVISION >Cell phone to be able to send/receive job reports, material needs and weekly work logs >8+ years in the field with BONAFIDE REFERENCES >Nail bags, belt tools and the experience to use all power tools >DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM JOB SITES >ABOVE AVERAGE WORK ETHIC >Ability to show up to work when scheduled and to be ready to work. You will need the following for LABOR POSITIONS > Dependable transportation to and from work > Ability to follow direction from senior staff >Nail bags basic belt tools and know how to use them >Above average work ethic and the ability to show up to work on time and be ready to work >Basic carpentry skills, and knowledge of hand and power tools We are a rapidly expanding company in the Columbia area, and are looking to add crews. 40+ hours a week, and we are booking into August of this year already. Experience in decks/fencing a plus and VETERANS go to the top of the list for consideration.
