We serve clients in and around the Broken Arrow & Tulsa area. We specialize in a wide variety of services designed to make your home your dream home. We want to be your full-service provider that converts the vision you have for your home into a reality. Helper Skills/Qualifications: Be trainable - Be ready, willing, and motivated to learn our processes and work your way into a lead position in 6 months - 2 years. Other helpful but not required skills include Carpentry, Painting, Tile Installation and Plumbing No requirement of previous experience is required for helpers, but it is strongly preferred to have 6 months or more experience in painting, remodeling, or handyman work. Though a vehicle capable of storing materials and supplies for projects is not required for helpers or trainees, it will be required to be promoted to a lead position. Other Skills/Qualifications for all positions: Motivation Goal-Orientated Detailed If you learned tricks from previous experience, we’ll happily re-train you to complete paint projects with our time-tested, proven methods. You will get yourself caffeinated or situated. Your dynamic duo of Lonny and Rinda will lay out the game-plan for the day. You will focus on over-delivering and wowing every human that you come into contact with you. You will present yourself in a professional manner at all times while having a great time at the workplace. Location: Throughout the greater Broken Arrow area, sometimes including Owasso, Coweta, Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, etc. FAQ: How much money can I make? Helper pay ranges from $8.50-12 per hour depending on experience, and every helper qualifies for a 6 month-2 year training program to move them into a lead position depending on self-motivation, work ethic, skill growth, and dependability with pay from $12-16 per hour PLUS BONUSES. What would I be doing? You'll be expected to perform tasks assigned by the lead on the project, efficiently and with attention to detail. You are responsible for keeping track of and maintaining company equipment and supplies. You and your crew will be required to complete jobs in a reasonable amount of time, with the best quality and a high level of professionalism as you deal with clients. Who do I call to follow-up?
